Good evening.

I'm Alf. I answer the calls your restaurant can't — and I run the back of house.

Bookings taken at 11pm. The Saturday rush answered on the first ring. Supplier invoices into your accounts, rotas drafted, stock counted, paperwork done. Built by an experienced team of developers, headed by an operator who ran 26 restaurants — for the operators still running theirs.

£500 per venue per month. One-month rolling contract. No tie-in. No per-call metering.

What Alf does

An agent, not another app

Your booking system, EPOS and accounts already do their jobs. The problem is the hours a human spends operating them — and the phone that rings when no one can take it. Alf is an AI agent who operates your systems and talks to your customers, suppliers and staff, in the channels you choose and within the limits you set.

The phone

Alf answers when you can't — bookings, orders, opening hours, changes, allergies, large groups. He speaks naturally, in 140 languages, and hands over to a human whenever you've told him to.

Bookings & orders

Online reservations, confirmations, reminders and takeaway orders — captured, confirmed and written straight into the systems you already use.

Money & paperwork

Supplier invoices read and posted into your accounts. Compliance and HR documents drafted — staff handbooks, warnings, licence paperwork — ready for your sign-off.

Stock & rotas

Inventory tracked against sales, supplier orders suggested, rotas drafted from your rules and your team's availability.

Marketing

Social posts, email and the quiet-Tuesday push — written in your venue's voice, run on your approval.

Memory

Alf learns your venue: the regulars, the rhythms, the supplier quirks. He is better in month six than month one — and what he learns about your business belongs to your business.

Not one size fits all

Every venue gets its own Alf

A pizza counter, a food-hall kiosk and a dining room want different things from a system. Alf ships with everything above, then modules are added or taken out to fit how your site actually runs. Hardly any phone bookings? The voice module comes off, and Alf spends the effort where your pressure is. Several venues under one owner get one view across the group.

Your team can have their own Alf agents too — tiered by role, each with private memory and a shared venue memory. The head chef's Alf and the GM's Alf know different things, and share what should be shared.

Straight answers

What happens when Alf gets it wrong

Sometimes he will — any vendor telling you otherwise is selling. Alf works with disclosed human backup: when a call goes beyond what you've authorised him to handle, he says so and hands over, to your team or to ours. Every call is logged, every action he takes is on the record, and the limits are yours to set — what he may promise, spend, and say. More plain answers in the FAQ.
